To protect your privacy and personal information, Language Leap UK confirms that we will not loan, rent or sell to any third parties any personal details that have been passed on to us without prior permission.

Personal information provided by you when making an application on our website is only shared with the people involved with the company (Teachers, Host Families). Only information that is needed will be given to them, and your privacy is protected at all times.

The 'Book Now' button on the payments page will take you through a very quick, user-friendly online application system. You will be required to give your credit card details to accompany your application. You will receive an e-mail confirmation from Pay-Pal. This will then be followed by an email from Language Leap UK confirming details of the course.

After you pay the £25 booking fee which is non refundable. 50% deposit of the course fee must be paid within 14 days of booking. You will be expected to pay the course fees in full 21 days before the course start date. The booking fee and the deposit is non refundable.(although in extreme circumstances part of the deposit may be refunded)

If you need to cancel your course, contact Language Leap UK at the earliest convenience. A fee will be charged by the school in the event of cancellation.

We have links to outside companies for travel etc to make it easy for you to book your course. While every effort has been made to ensure accuracy, please remember facilities and services may alter. Language Leap UK cannot be held responsible for any changes that arise or errors that might have occurred.
