The Centre of Languages and Culture
We are a centre of language services located in the heart of historical Plymouth. We provide language services and cultural experiences in the UK, as well as other countries on demand. We can provide language services to individuals and private groups as well as corporations. Language Leap UK was founded as a private educational institution aimed at providing language instruction in combination with cultural experiences as well as any translation and interpreting services.
Our focus is on teaching English, Russian, French, German, Italian, Spanish and Serbian from beginners to advanced levels (see courses page). We also offer Distance Learning and Teacher Training programmes for new and experienced teachers.

We pride ourselves in also having courses available in beautiful Scotland. The courses are available as tutorials with activities or excursion only options. There is so much to see and do in Scotland

Cambridge Certificate Courses: First Certificate (intensive), Advanced Certificate and Proficiency Certificate. IELTS, TOEIC, TOEFL. We offer intensive courses for businesses and executives. Business English for different levels from elementary to advanced (see our courses page). Business correspondence, negotiations meetings, presentations and interview techniques. ESOL courses for EU nationals, living and working in the UK. IT Skills and Computer awareness Courses are also available. New for 2008, we now have Saturday clubs available for 3-8 year olds.
Our methods are modern, innovative, creative and effective. Our style is personable, friendly and informal, but our standards of achievement are high. The staff of Language Leap UK is highly trained and professional. Our staff’s qualifications include B.A., M.A. in English and TEFL, Trinity accredited certificates in ESOL FE and Subject Specialism, PhD in Applied Linguistics. We have a highly professional pool of interpreters and translators to and from Italian, Armenian, Russian, French, German, Serbian and Spanish. Our teachers have an average experience in teaching languages of more than 10 years.
All our courses include full board accommodation, and activities where applicable.
